Vandana Palagiri

Mission Statement – Vandana Palagiri

Vandana Palagiri completed her residency in internal medicine at St. Agnes hospital, Baltimore, MD in 2011. Since then she has gained wide range of experience working at various hospitals including Reston hospital center, private practices, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities. She has privileges at Reston hospital center and Inova Loudoun hospital. If you or your loved one is sick she can closely work with hospital physicians, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, or home health care agencies for a better ransition of care.


She has gained expertise in acute, chronic, preventive health, and women’s health in particular. She has expertise in management of chronic medical problems like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD. She has gained vast experience in management of elderly patients with multiple chronic medical issues and ensures timely medical care is delivered to this subset of population.

Sushma Dhakal completed the Medical Assistance Program and was successfully certified July of 2010. Initially started as an extern at Carient Heart and Vascular who was formerly known as Virginia Cardiovascular Care. Six months after the externship, Sushma got hired by the same company, and worked for them for 5 years. On June 2016, Sushma joined the Virginia Premium Medical Care team, and is still working here.
In her free time, she cooks amazing food, dances, and spend time with her two wonderful boys and husband.

Einstine Anonas

Einstine Anonas: License Practical Nurse

Einstine Anonas is a Licensed Practical Nurse who graduated from C.S. Monroe Technology Center in May 2014. Prior to taking Practical Nursing courses, he already had experience in the medical field. He started working for Inova Loudoun Hospital as a Patient Safety Advocate, then moved to the Medical / Surgical Unit as a Unit Secretary, then transferred to the Pediatric Floor as a Clinical Technician. Einstine got his license on August of 2014 then worked for the Pediatric Emergency, at Inova, for 4 years. There, he expanded his knowledge and skills by learning acute care from infants to young adults. He built his skills from triaging, phlebotomy, IV insertions, medication administrations, and splinting. From there, he moved to Virginia Premium Medical Care to start learning about adult/internal medicine. “Changing from pediatric nursing to adult nursing is very different. Adult nursing is definitely a different beast, but learning it all is very fun!” Alongside his medical knowledge, he also has basic skills on graphic designing; he enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, singing, and creating personalized cards / scrapbooking on his free time.

Mathura Subedi is a trained and professional Medical biller and coder with Virginia Premium Medical Care who graduated from Davenport University with MBA healthcare management in 2015. She did her internship in heartland home health care & hospice as a Healthcare Management Intern (May 2015- Sep2015).
She is passionate about data management within the health claims industry. Experienced in ICD-10 coding, electronic health record, medical billing, and other administrative tasks. Skilled in data management, data entry, and professional communications. She passionately believes in our mission to provide the highest quality of patient care in a compassionate environment that provides exceptional client service.
Since joining the practice, she has excelled at managing the schedule, assisting patients checking in and out, filling supplement orders, rooming patients and numerous other administrative tasks. In addition to that she is Certified Pharmacy Technician with 3 years of experience in retail pharmacies.
Besides her work, she likes to travel to different new places, and she likes to dance during her free time.

Brittany Adams is a nurse practitioner with over 15 years in direct patient care. She is originally form Ohio where she studied at Xavier University before completing her masters degree at Georgetown University. She is a family trained Nurse Practitioner with varying areas of experience including pediatrics and geriatrics. Her true passion is working with patients to develop and establish life long health goals. She is always inclined to help others in their journey to reach their full potential. In her free time she enjoys pending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Shanthi RonDot

Shanthi RonDot: Family Nurse Practitioner

Shanthi Rondot is originally from Queens New York, where she obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing through Borough of Manhattan community college. She started her Nursing career at New York Presbyterian Queens. Here, she gained 16 years work experience as a registered nurse serving patients’ in medical surgical, cardiology and renal dialysis units. During her time at New York Presbyterians she served on performance improvement as well as policy and procedure committees. She enjoyed precepting nurses and mentoring. While working as a Registered Nurse she obtained her masters’ degree in Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Molly College in Rockville Center, NY. She then moved to Scottsville, Virginia where she worked at UVA with the endocrinology/glycemic management team serving post and pre-surgical patients. She then went on to work in Northern Virginia as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care NP serving long term care residents and post-acute care patients. She is experienced in managing complicated issues in post-acute patients as well as patient’s with multiple comorbidities in adult gerontology residents. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, spending time with family and her dog, gardening and exercising. Time and time again she shown her passion for nursing in serving and building relationships with patients and their families
